We currently offer free local hand delivery for the Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond and South Delta regions of BC with a minimum purchase of $40.00. For all other regions of BC, we are happy to offer flat rate shipping of $15.00.

All other delivery and shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
order processing time
Once your order has been placed, please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be processed, packaged and shipped. We appreciate your patience as we are a team of two working to fulfill all orders. If your order has not been shipped within 5 business days, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
estimated delivery times and order tracking
Delivery times are estimated at checkout where you may select your preferred shipping service. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details. If you do not receive an email, please contact us at email@example.com. Please note orders are shipped from Delta, BC within 3 - 5 business days from when you placed your order.
For local delivery, orders will be delivered between 5 - 7 days after your order is processed. You will be notified via text or email regarding delivery date and time window.
Please note packages may take longer than usual to arrive due to COVID-19.

bean + butter body snacks is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes incurred for US or International orders.
damaged or lost orders
In the event your product(s) have been damaged in transit, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of how your order was received within 3 days of delivery to let us know.
If your tracking number shows your order has been delivered but you have not received your package, please reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking number. Please note that once your order is out the door, it is out of our hands.
